Been using this Walgreens for years. This location has turned horrific. Place is damn near on complete lockdown. Gotta get permission to shop. I get why. But I will not be treated like a criminal. NEVER RETURNING. oh and btw women can shoplift using purses. And yet they get to keep them. mi·sog·y·nist

I have been trying to get my prescription for weeks. Everytime I go the pharmacist is not on duty even though it's during their hours. The times the pharmacist is there they have tell me to come back in 30 minutes only for them to tell me they were out of stock and to come back the next day after driving all the way back.... And then driving there the next day for them to tell me it's delayed once again when they could have said something before I made the trip. Then if you don't pick it up the day they say it's ready, they'll be out of stock within two days when u can pick it up in their small business hours that someone is actually there. Honestly this is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen.

I have never gotten prescriptions at Walgreens ever since it took 3 days of proving that it’s mine, just to have to go to a different Walgreens. I have been getting my meds at the Bakers Pharmacy. Other than prescriptions, you can find some cool things at drugstores.

My Garage a year ago

I asked for water that was not stocked on the shelves. Amanda, whom stated they were the store manager, was rude when I initially asked for the water. Told me she was not going to look for water in back stock. Another customer also said something to her about the tone she spoke to me in. She was very aggressive and disrespectful. I think she racial profiles customers because right after I stated: you never know who’s a secret shopper… she was threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave the store. I asked her what I did to have such a response take place and she couldn’t articulate any reason. Amanda needs to be fired and Walgreens needs to held accountable. My house a half a mile away from this location cost too much to have store in my neighborhood discriminating.

My rx was transferred to this location bc my pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. There was an issue with insurance at first, but Suzanna was very friendly and was able to resolve it with just a few steps. She was kind and friendly.
