We made a mistake with storing our baby’s antibiotic. The pharmacist, Tom, was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he provide a refill within an hour so we could get it to our kiddo before bed, but he explained why it needed to be refrigerated and was VERY kind! Most positive and kind pharmacist I’ve ever had!

I want to be very clear I am giving one start for the pharmacy only. The associate who works out front is simply the most delightful person you have ever met. The pharmacy only the other hand is the absolute worst and they are getting more worse as times goes on. I had severe stomach issues to which I needed medication for. I was told my the medication was not there and “would be on the truck tomorrow” I arrive that next day and was again told the medication was not there and would be on the truck tomorrow. Then played this weird game of well we do have enough of the medication here to be able to fill but you would have to wait a long time for us to do that. I questioned the associate saying she just told me that they didn’t have my medication and it would be on the truck. I left not having time to wait for the prescription. I showed up the third day…. For the third time I was told that the prescription would be on the truck tomorrow. I said that was not acceptable because I was told that three days ago and have now been here three times. I again got a long speech about how long it would take to fill. I had to stand at the counter for them to actually fill my prescription.

I am still trying to understand what brings people there. It is a little bit of everything, like food, cosmetics, office supplies, toys, greeting cards, alcohol, but pharmaceutical part is one of the most convenient. People who works there are great, always positive, polite, no wait time. Thank you!

Pharmacy experience has been terrible. Used to be good but within the last year has gotten worse and worse. Takes at least a week to fill a script, scripts get overlooked, and many of the staff are very rude for no reason.

The drive thru pharmacy smells like really strong sewer gas it was making me so sick. This needs fixed asap. This needs immediate attention.
