Pharmacy staff is rude as all get out, the way she handled my questions was beyond unprofessional. When i went to hang up i said “ok bye have a good day” and she said “mm” and hung up before i could even finish. She also completely cancelled my prescription like i didnt need it anymore? Absolutely Nasty.

The staff at Walgreens off 156 Maple-they’re amazing they’re always so kindly greet you when you walk in the store:) Melanie and cosmetics knows her job very knowledgeable. I am very grateful that I’m greeted with a smile and treated so kind with end with compassion love them!!!

Customer service is a joke. I called today because my prescription had not been filled for 2 days, lady who answered was very rude, had no patience. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there. On top of that, they are super slow and take forever at the drive through.

Coolers were 75 degrees and they were still selling dairy products like iced coffees. Told the employee at the front this evening and she snidely remarked "that's because they're broken." No duh! Obviously! Thought maybe you were 't aware and was trying to be polite. Instead this Walgreens will let people buy potentially spoiled dairy.
