I went to pick up a script in the pharmacy and when the pharmacist realized I was walking he asked if I needed a plastic bag with handles that would make carrying my meds easier. I appreciated the extra effort he took to make my life and walk easier. While the hours at this Walgreens pharmacy are not the best, I will still come here because of the way I am treated with courtesy and respect by the employees at this Walgreens time and time again.

I cannot thank Alexis -I think that is her name (wonderful young woman at Walgreens Dodge St Omaha Ne) enough. I am traveling and left one of my very needed medications. My Dr sent it to CVS but they were out and my Dr office was now closed. CVS stated if another pharmacy called they could transfer it that way. Alexis(i believe) stepped up ensuring I would get my medication. Without her I would be in a predicament and would have possibly needed to go to the ER. Thank you. She is a valuable asset to your organization.

I take several different medications, and Scott R. has always been incredibly helpful, but today especially he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before my trip out of state. My wife is especially grateful too! I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Scott is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and genuinely caring — the type of person who makes a stressful process so much easier. Honestly, the reason I continue filling my prescriptions here is because of employees like him, and Scott in particular. He is the definition of customer service. Yes they are busy but they are always super helpful. Thank you again, Scott, for always being such a friendly face and bright smile every time I come in. Your kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed, and they are deeply appreciated.

A pretty good location that I rarely have trouble at but definitely not my favorite branch. It's in a pretty good location right off Dodge and Douglas with all the same products and deals as the other stores. They have a quick and easy self operated photo print machine that isn't very expensive. This is a 24 hour location as well. Give it a try!

Low service. They do have paper-cut but don't cut it for me or let me use the cut.
