Horrible pharmacy! They get prescriptions and leave them sit “In Progress”. One of my prescriptions they’ve had for a week. Good thing I still had some left. The other one is a prescription from the ER hospital they d for a day and a half. Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone so I went by there. They told me 20-30 minutes to refill. I went home and received a call an hour later that my prescriptions were ready. Went back and 1 was ready. They didn’t even bother to fill the other. Then told me I had to come back 20-30 minutes after I went full Karen. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

Literally the worst ! I never seen a pharmacy where the employee is working the window and the counter , she literally going back and forth. It’s always other people in the back but never help out so you be in line for a very long time . No matter how many times you call for a prescription (they never answer) and it’s never ready.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been too. I travel to multiple states for multiple months for work, and this is by far the worst of the worst pharmacy. Everytime I call, I’m on hold for at least 15 mins. Today I called again early in the morning and was on hold for 28 minutes. The girl kept on saying “please hold” before even giving me the chance to speak. Couple of months ago the dude who answer the phone had me calling other pharmacies to have a medication pulled from another pharmacy. When I called the other pharmacy, the lady who picked up said he should have been the one to call. Worst pharmacy ever. I’m switching my care to 6700 Ritchie highway instead. The pharmacists picks up the phone right away and is always pleasant.

Sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes behind a person. I get to the window and no one left there, ring the call button no answer. No one was in the store line. Then a person gets in line in the store and someone waits on them. Then several people gets in line and all of them were waiting on and we were ignored. No one ever came to help the five cars in the drive thru even after I started blowing my horn and hitting the call button continuously.

Pharmacy Manager is pure trash. She has zero desire for resolving an ongoing problem. I’ve been waiting for my medication since yesterday morning and they claim they still haven’t received it. Now they are telling me to get my provider to call them when there’s obviously a problem with their e-script transmission. I already called my provider 3 times about this! Many people are having this same issue and it would be easier for you to fix it on your end rather then keep tending to angry customers who waited days to fill their prescription. That’s common sense. I’m calling corporate.
