I had my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens 2 1/2 months ago. My experience at this location has been the worst. The first time I went to pick up my medication it was not ready. The second time I had to wait. After waiting, I asked if I could get half The Doctor refused me and said I had to get all or nothing. .i have found some staff not to be customer friendly. It appears they have a large turnover of employees. I have been trying to get my blood pressure medication since December 24 and to date I have not received it. They are saying they never received the prescription from my doctor and my doctor is saying she sent it over. I have gone there four times since December 24 and today is January 5, 2026. CLOSE IT DOWN.

I got an automatic call telling me on the 14th of February that my Thyroid medication that is automatic refill will be delayed because they dont have it in stock. I went to pick it up 9 days later on the 23 rd and they still only have 5 pill in the bottle. I just hope these people realize that someone without a Thyroid can't be without their medication or it will cause severe complications. If anything happens get ready to have a major lawsuit on your hands because I will not go easy on you sloppy people.

I called to refill my elderly mother’s prescriptions and was on hold for over almost 2 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are clearly understaffed or just don’t care about customers. Please get more staff to assist your customers or a better system that gives you the option to be called back while keeping your place in line.

I am giving them a one because I have an unknown "House Charge" on my receipt. I have never heard of a House Charge, and this sounds illegal. I also said "no" to a bag. I also was not told about a House Charge before I swiped my card. If they are doing this to every customer that comes through there, then they are illegally collecting a lot of additional revenue. I will never go to this Walgreen's again.

I arrived at the store at 8 a.m. (opening hours), but the doors were locked. A manager (?) came to open the door and let a staff member in. As I approached the door, they slid it closed and locked it. No greeting, no explanation, just closed and locked the door as she scowled at me through the glass. I mouthed, "What time do you open?" and she angrily yelled through the door, "I can't open until my cashier gets here!" and turned around and walked away. I went back to my car to google the nearest drugstore. A van pulled in and parked in the 1st handicapped spot nearest the doors. A woman rushed to the store entrance. She was let in, so I assumed this was the missing cashier, and I went into the store (doors now opened)to grab the item I came for. No staff was visible to ask where the item may be, and no one was at the registers when I was ready to check out. When the cashier came to ring me up, her phone rang and she answered on her watch while still in the middle of my transaction. The management and staff at this store do not care about the customers or the community. This is evident in the way that the delayed opening was handled, as well as the able-bodied person taking the closest handicapped spot that a disabled customer may need. There was no interaction from the manager other than when she initially locked the door in front of me. Taking personal calls and arriving late to work must not be an issue with management. This store is definitely not customer-focused, and I will not return. The attached pictures show the cashier waiting for entry and where she parked, taking the first handicapped spot meant for disabled customers. She could carry many bags, fast-walk, and even bend over to retrieve a dropped item.
