Absolute worst Walgreens. The line is always long. They will notify that your medication are ready but once you get there, the medications are not ready. This happened to me multiple times. Do not let them tell you they will call you back once they have resolved an issues cause they will not call back. Please prepare to follow up with them. I had to fight with them for three weeks to get an issues resolved that could have been resolved very easily, had someone cared enough to call their IT company. Need less to say I am transferring my medication from this Walgreens.

I am from out of town and have never had such unprofessional treatment from any other pharmacy. Poor service to the point of telling me to go to another pharmacy! My doctor sent the prescription twice and they still told me they never received it! Never go there until management changes, even then beware! Not a customer friendly place, people in the pharmacy do not care...

I had a frustrating experience at this location. They declined to fill my prescription, saying it should be handled by a different store, which was inconvenient and confusing. I also overheard employees making jokes about how often people shoplift, which didn’t feel very professional. In addition, the store seems to close unexpectedly several times a week, sometimes for an entire day. The lack of consistency and professionalism has been disappointing.

Do not choose this place as your pharmacy I went in around 2 o’clock to get a prescription for strep throat. In the last three hours my symptoms have gone from mild to severe Body aches, chills, migraine, coughing up bloody mucus and I still don’t have an antibiotic. You could try calling the pharmacy, but you will not get in contact with anybody. It will just be a voice message and honestly, I would never choose this place to pick up medicine that you would need for anything. They are rude and dismissive and don’t know how to read a medical ID card. I will never go against my intuition again.

This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Go anyplace else! I was just there trying to pick up medications for my Wife and I and I had the displeasure of being given absolutely no courtesy by Kayla. She was interested in only getting rid of me. I couldn’t even tell her I was trying to pick up medications for 2 people. “ name, date of birth” when I tried to tell her 2 names she told me there was no one by that name. Wouldn’t give me 2 seconds to explain myself. I called the manager Dana over and told her right in front of Kayla how rude she was. Neither one seem to care though Dana did say she would speak to Kayla and was Sorry for her behavior. No one with that attitude should be customer facing. I happen to be a physician and I was once place on hold for 45 minutes trying to call in a prescription for a patient of mine. I had time to drive to the pharmacy and point out to the manager who kept placing me on hold. I try to steer all my patients any place else and have asked my physicians to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Just an absolutely horrific debacle of a pharmacy!
