Stopped in to grab an umbrella and a couple of other things. Store was very clean and April was awesome. Smiled the whole time and even told me to have a great night.

Walgreens has cut their pharmacy presence in this area to the bone. The staff is completely overwhelmed all of the time, and they are working in a shoebox. Give them a little grace if you can, but also try to use a different pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine.

I called to ask whether this location was accepting patients for a certain medication and the woman on the phone literally just said “No” and hung up on me on the spot. Absolutely rude and gave me no chance to ask my follow up question. Staff need to be trained in proper customer interaction etiquette.

As far as retail pharmacies go, Walgreens seems slightly better than CVS, so i decided to join their loyalty program-Easy to use and has really saved me a few bucks

This location is my favorite, and "my store". The pharmacy, while filling a massive amount of prescriptions, their customer service is stellar. They are always positive and kind. When the copays are hefty, they always help me find a discount. Also, this location is one of very few places that carry some hard-to-find vaccines. Great store! In store pick-ups are filled so fast at times, I cannot even get to the store that quickly. Grateful to have this gem in Baltimore.
