⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service in Photo & Printing! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Walgreens this evening, thanks to Mikaiya in the Photo and Printing department. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure my photos and print orders came out perfect, taking the time to explain options and double-check every detail. Mikaiya’s professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care truly stood out. She made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such respect and warmth. Walgreens is very lucky to have Mikaiya on their team. She deserves a raise for her kindness and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location because of her excellent service. This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I have been filling my prescription with them for the past 4 months and have not had a single easy transaction. Month one they took 6 hours to fill a prescription. Month two they tried to say that my insurance denied coverage when the truth of the matter was they were out of my medication and had to place an order. The past two months I have received my medication at least two days late due to them not having it in stock. After being told for the past two days “it should be on tomorrows truck”, I called at 1:45pm to see if it was finally in. I was informed they didn’t see a prescription for me at all. Once I corrected the woman she placed me on hold and said the prescription would be ready within the hour. After work AT 6 PM I WAS TOLD IT STILL WAS NOT FILLED AND TO COME BACK IN A HALF HOUR. This is ridiculous and I will be switching pharmacies. I refuse to give my money to a corporation who allows their employees to neglect their duties and get flip with the customer when they are in the right to be frustrated. THIS IS MEDICATION. THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES. Have a little decency and do your job or find another one!

Everything is locked up and have to ask or wait for an associate to open it. Soap vitamins, deodorant, etc. it's very annoying having to wait especially if you're getting more than one thing. Right across the street at Weiss they don't have anything locked up so I don't want to hear the excuse "it's to prevent people stealing." Also, prices are ridiculous. Weiss across the street has the same items for much cheaper. Pharmacy is the reason I still go here because they have my prescriptions. Otherwise, I wouldn't step foot in there again.

Everyone is hating on the pharmacy but let’s acknowledge the other department workers who do a fantastic job. Personally in my opinion, Evan is the best! He is so hardworking and such a kind person. He deserves a raise because he seriously does an amazing job helping customers. Plus he is so fun to talk to!

While picking up my prescriptions at 5/6pm on a weekday, we all know it is super busy. Cindy greeted every customer with a smile including myself & was so very helpful. I was picking up prescriptions for my son & I both & one was not ready yet. She promptly went to the back within minutes & made sure I left with everything I needed, all in a timely manner to appease the rest of the line. Thank you Cindy, you are awesome!
