They are refusing to transfer out my prescription under the guise that it is a “new” prescription. I have an another “new” prescription that transferred out just fine. They are refusing to fill the prescription, so I wanted to transfer to a pharmacy that would but they are denying the request. I’ve asked for a refill 3 times and they have not abide. I only have 3-days worth left even though I’ve been requesting for a week to a month now for a refill. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you have a medication that could potentially affect your well being if not received in a timely manner or received at all for that matter.

Walgreens is my store when it comes to my photo needs and my Ensure protein drinks needs. My favorite customer service person is Malcolm at the Holabird store in Dundalk. He's always SO pleasant and eager to please his customers.

The Pharmacist working at this Walgreens is very rude, loud, and nasty. My pain medication was supposed to be ready on Friday. One of the clerk told me that I would have to come back on Saturday. I told her that I would wait. In a nasty tone, she said it would be a 3 hour wait. Now the Pharmacist decided to put his two cents in by asking me a question DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE? I told him Yes I do do you. His next reply was to say you need to get out of the store. I told him that attitude SUCKS and I will be filing a complaint. Well you do that. This man needs to be fired ASAP. Do not renew his green card and ship him back home

It’s ok been there a couple times there is not a lot of employees only two employees work there and the good thing is that the employees there were quick to help me there and get me with my things and they got almost everything locked up, which is good to prevent stealing

HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY YOU COULD POSSIBLY GO TO. one star being the minimum is misleading because they don't even deserve that. every single time I have a refill sent in, they mark it as "delayed" for some arbitrary reason just so they don't have to fill it. every single time, I call and wait over 10 minutes just to be hung up on multiple times in a row. every single time when I finally get through to someone, I'm told there was no real reason for it to be delayed and that they can fill it. however, if I don't call, it sits as "delayed" until I do something about it. this is the laziest staff who don't care at all about doing their actual jobs. DO NOT DO IT!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT - I promise.
