If you have a chronic illness and require maintenance medication do not go to this pharmacy. Just save yourself and don't do it. This pharmacy is deeply unprofessional, the online services are worse. again, if you have chronic illness and need routine refills this pharmacy with mess you over. as for the online services, I have to wait for my bank to clear a charge so i can get a refund because apparently walgreens charges people and then claims there was no payment made-despite payment being taken from my bank account. the issue is actually way more than I have time to write but this place is not good for bimonthly or monthly refills. The way they handle business is odd and BIZARRELY unprofessional. This is not a real pharmacy it is for decoration. Convenience is not worth your health. Go somewhere that operates properly

Near my house, the pharmacy workers I think they do not take their salary! They treat me badly, I do not know why, and the most important thing is that I have a health condition for my disabled son, and I always come at the end of the month and my medicine is not ready, and when I ask them, they do not look at me at all, and it is just not there. I wait an hour or half an hour or tomorrow. This issue has been repeated a lot and this is not acceptable. I take the medicine every month without interruption. Something must be done about this negligence. Thank you.

Well, my experience review started out sugar & now ended up as 💩. Why is it this one type of medication I get the blues trying to refill, but all the others is a breeze. OR no input whatsoever, its just filled smh. Out of stock, then we are running behind. THEN on indefinite hold! 🫩

This pharmacy is the worse. They never have prescriptions ready or in stock. When you call the on hold period is outrageous long or they will disconnect the phone. The lines are always long when it is time for you to come pick up your prescription. You are waiting in line tops 20 mins. There never a full staff. The staff that is working you can tell are over worked.

Shelves are frequently low on stock. If you are a personal shopper you may have to get creative coming up with pitches for alternative products. It's nice to have a Walgreens location in the city. But of course, that comes with It's shortcomings.
