I pressed the assistance button for a locked item and waited over 5 minutes, but no one responded to the store’s overhead announcement. I eventually walked to the checkout area to ask for help in person. While waiting, I saw the staff member stop multiple times to assist other customers with locked items, even though I had been waiting the longest and had already requested assistance both through the button and in person. Staffs were not busy at all, there was one just stood there and did nothing. By the time the staff member finally responded, multiple customers with locked-item requests were assisted at once. This led to a backlog at checkout and made the overall shopping experience even more frustrating. What a waste of time

Always very busy in the pharmacy department, but staff does the best they can despite being chronically understaffed. This shortage has been going on for several years. I don’t blame staff at all. I blame the corporation for putting profits over the wellbeing of their patients and employees.

Very Rude Employees. WOW!! Not all though. Pharmacy refuse to fill my prescription even though I were in CRISIS MODE!! Waited 8 days and then I decided to go to CVS. This pharmacy was getting over $2,000 a month from my insurance. WOW! I would not recommend anyone or anything to this place. WOW! I'm still in AMAZEMENT. Think I will call the Pharmacy Board to see what they have to say about this issue and maybe a lawyer for the wait time I had, being in CRISIS MODE!! WOW!! This is not over and I pray someone in authority read this review because something needs to be done about this store

Staff is lazy. They don't want to help you and they can't tell time because they always close early. It was 745 when I got there and the doors were locked. Pharmacy will pick and choose what prescriptions they will fill. I wouldn't even give this place 1 start but I had to in order to leave my review.

Most Walgreens are great. But not this one. Rude employee. They had an item at clearance for 50% off, but the staff did not honor it and were rude. Also, it was the last piece on the rack so they had sold many on clearance. There is something called accountability, I would say Walgreens should have some, but it was just this one. I have lived closed to a Walgreens and all of them were great stores and people. There are such employees who can ruin the brand for customers.
