I went to this CVS this morning right at opening time, and like usual, they opened 10–15 minutes late. When I finally got inside, I was greeted by a group of employees who all looked like they really didn’t want to be there. I even asked one employee if he enjoyed his job because he genuinely looked miserable. He told me he had worked overnight and was tired, which honestly just made things more confusing—especially since the store wasn’t stocked, and he wasn’t working security. This seems to be a consistent issue. For the past five years, it feels like they keep hiring people who don’t want to be there and are just going through the motions. That’s just my opinion, but it shows in the overall atmosphere and service. It’s especially disappointing because this location is right across from the aquarium, where visitors from all over the world come through. People looking for a quick drink or snack walk in and get a poor impression of customer service in Baltimore. Going forward, I’m going to do my best to avoid this location, and I’ll likely recommend others do the same.

Since covid pandemic it seems like all cvs stores are not as stocked up with merchandise like they use too. Also some of the items that use to sell i don't see the brand there anymore and none of your stores. This location is in a tourist area you would think they would be well stocked. Also only employees around was pharmacy younger ladies i did not ask them a question because they was too busy worried about going out to club.

I have never been to a store where so much was under lock and key. Even cheap generic cough drops.

Pharmacy has been slow for years. It’s a nightmare coming here. Everyone is moving slowly and takes forever to get the most basic things done.
