Everything in the store is locked behind glass and no one to help you. How are you supposed to buy anything? Press the help button and stand around. Ask someone for help and they tell you to ask someone else. It's easier to get toothpaste in prison than this trash store. Never going to CVS ever again 😂

I can't speak to the pharmacy but their customer service is abysmal. I visited the store today to buy a Navage. I knew it was behind a locked case so I asked a clerk stocking the shelves if she could help me unlock the case. She said push the nearby button. Well I pushed the button and heard the voice announce help was needed. Nothing.. I pushed the button again. Again no one showed up. Nothing. After waiting almost 10 minutes I opened my phone and went on Amazon and purchased a Navage for slightly less money same day delivery.

The medications are best quality. But the women working there are slow as possible and rude. One read my prescriptions out loud very loud on purpose which is a violation of HIPAA. So many upset people waiting in line, but women working in slow arrogant motion. They would double their profits immediately hiring people who care.

For a CVS in the city, this location has a pretty large pharmacy/health section, including a HealthHUB and Minute Clinic. Note that the Pharmacy is on lunch from 1:30pm to about 2pm. Their beauty/cosmetics/skincare/haircare section is also relatively larger than some of the other CVS in the city! Not always fully stocked, but you can find a wider variety of items. On occasion, the closing hours seem to vary and the front store will close earlier than the listed times, so I know that if I want to go late at night, I try not to go right before they close OR I give them a call to double check their availability. Interior of the store is pretty clean, clearly a newer-renovated building. Lots of self checkout stations. Sometimes the stock of items is widely underwhelming, but that's an issue we see at stores across the nation, so I cannot fault this location for that.

I attempt to shop here maybe once every month or two. It’s directly beneath my gym, so theoretically very convenient. I say attempt because everything is behind glass, and I’m not sure anyone works here. I’ve actually timed how long I wait before leaving. The other CVS near my workplace that I used would have an employee unlock within less than 2 minutes. The past few times I’ve left without purchasing anything after pushing the button every two minutes for 6-10 minutes. The other month, no one even opened the store in the morning, and this is at least 20 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Absolutely insane that I keep torturing myself by trying to shop here.
