I think this has been one of the nicest night shift team at a Walgreens I have been too. Brooke, Sienna, and Chase were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I was having a rough night, they kept me smiling and laughing, which made a huge difference. Their positive attitudes and teamwork created a great atmosphere, and I really appreciated how kind and supportive they were.

This Walgreens used to be my favorite. I’m not sure what happened but it’s a nightmare now. Trying to get anything here is next to impossible. My prescription has been “in progress” for 3 days. I called on the 3rd day and asked when it would be ready. She said between 2-3. I get here at 330 and guess what. She tells me 5pm. There’s a huge miscommunication somewhere here

The pharmacy was closed yesterday, however their recording said they were working on my persciption that was called in by my urgent care doctor. Would have been nice if the recording would ha e said closed and what to do to get my persciptions. They didn't open until 9am Jan 2 today, and it took them until 230 for complete it. This is the slowest pharmacy, even on non holidays usually takes 2+ hours on a normal day. I will be moving to CVS

Carolyn was so knowledgeable and helpful in the Photo Department. She knows technology!! Walgreens and other companies ought to be more concerned about CUSTOMER SERVICE today and in the future. It is vital if they want to increase sales. If you want your prescriptions filled within an hour go to Walmart. They are the best for prescriptions turnaround time. Amazing and they’ll text you when they’re ready!! Walmart is more efficient in their Pharmacy Department.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with a cashier named Juliana. From the moment I approached the register, her attitude was cold, dismissive, and outright rude. She barely acknowledged me, seemed irritated by simple questions, and handled the entire transaction like it was a burden. Customer service should be the bare minimum expectation, but this was the complete opposite. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to make the interaction even remotely pleasant. It honestly made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I understand everyone has bad days, but this level of behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this reflect poorly on the entire business.
