I went to Walgreen's on Old St. Augustine road, and was so impressed with the employees. Jada instantly helped me find what I was looking for and was so enthusiastic and kind! And the employee who rang us up was Dajia and she was so pleasant and helpful! I was so surprised to receive such good service because outstanding customer service is hard to come by, these days, especially late at night. I will definitely come back!

After years of just accepting that other. pharmacies are going to take quite some time to fill my prescriptions and fail to communicate via the text portals I signed up for, Walgreens on Old St. Augustine Rd (at Bartram) changed everything. They are fast, they are kind, they always have the prescriptions I need, and they communicate! I should have changed months ago to make the Old St. Augustine Rd./Bartram Walgreens my primary, but I will do so now. Thank you for serving our family so well.

I regret coming to this pharmacy. There is one particular pharmacy tech here who is very rude and nasty. He obviously thinks he can override what your doctor gives you and tell you to leave this pharmacy and go elsewhere. No pharmacy tech can override and have any say of what your doctor prescribes you. This man clearly acts like he's got authority over your doctor. He seriously needs to be reported. People take certain medications for their conditions and can't be taken off nor wait days after their refills to run out. Not having people's meds refilled on time is critical and dangerous. Walgreens in general needs to learn how to count days for refills also. You can't make someone go over a certain amount of days on some meds that are on a schedule. It's literally frustrating to deal with this kind of nonsense.

I am a regular customer at Walgreens in Old St Augustine Road to drop or pick up my prescriptions and there is a pharmacist assistant named Zuleika, who always provides an excellent customer service. No matter if she is at the window or at the pharmacy counter, she is very polite and helpful. People like her make you to return to Walgreens store due to the fact that she creates a good environment and provides excellent experience as a customer.

I was told my prescription would Filled yesterday. I showed up six hours of after I was told it was going to be filled, and it still wasn’t. The night Pharmacy technician seemed lazy and did not want to fill it and told me to come back tomorrow. This is a drug that I cannot be off of for more than one day. This has happened more than once at this location. The guy says I’m just a night guy. And doesn’t do his job. . This happened last month and this month. People aren’t doing their job around there. And it’s causing people with panic disorders to go into distress like me. Because if I run out of my medication, I will have seizures and wind up in the hospital. These people need to be more considerate of their job and patience that they serve.
