I've read a lot of the reviews about pharmacy experiences but my time there was great. Tiffany handled my prescription request with kindness and professionalism. For that type of customer service alone, I would come back to Walgreens just to feel welcomed.

I’m very disappointed with the experience I had today regarding my diabetes medication. I had already submitted the prescription refill request, and today was the last day to pick it up. At 11:00 AM, I received a notification that my medication had been canceled. Later this afternoon, I went to the pharmacy to pick up that medication along with another prescription that had been filled on Wednesday. The pharmacy technician was insensitive to the situation and made no attempt to refill the medication. Instead, I was told to come back in two hours, despite the fact that the prescription had just been canceled earlier today. Shortly afterward, I received another notification stating: “Your Walgreens Rx is DELAYED. It’s out of stock.” Because this is an essential medication for my diabetes, I am very concerned that my health and medical needs were not taken into consideration. In addition, with gas prices being so high, it is unreasonable to expect patients to drive back and forth multiple times due to poor communication and lack of assistance. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy first thing tomorrow.

A kind lady with the last name of Cumberland was extremely kind to me and my daughter. We have had many heartwarming people encounter us at this awesome Walgreens! We think it is awesome just the way it is!

There is always a damn issue at this location, I can’t even explain how silly it is. I just want to buy snacks and twice now I’ve waited ten minutes because there was an issue. Don’t expect to be able to actually purchase anything at this store. If you want to buy ANYTHING, go ANYWHERE ELSE. I’m not even talking about the pharmacy, I’ve never used it. You literally cannot buy anything at this store, it is not functional

I really dislike this Walgreens tremendously!!! My prescriptions are always late. Today, I went to the photo section to have something printed and I was given a time it would be completed. Over 40 minutes past that time and they haven’t printed it. All I get is mumbling and stammering. The absolute worst Walgreens!
