Here I am spending 40.00 plus dollars here on a Monday at 7:15 pm and I ask for a key for there bathroom and the guy up front tells me they are closed????? So your open to take my money but not for customer service?? I will take my business to CVS I guess....Never heard of such a thing...out of order sure but Closed?? Rediculous

I normally have no problem with Walgreens, I even changed everything over to the one on cassat avenue because of the two pharmacists. A one pharmacist tries to give me a hard time about some medicine that I need. He stated you get enough medication for 30 days. Okay did you consider October the 31st.. I couldn't figure out how I was out of medicine and then I just sat here this morning and said, oh that is that one day that's why I have no medicine today.. I just don't like the ugliness of something that I desperately need to function. I take my medicine responsibly.. I have for years Again thank you.. I appreciate the two pharmacists there, But again calm down we're not all out there to abuse medication..

I know Walgreens has a bad reputation but the two pharmacists at the one on Cassat are really good people. I have a ton of medical stuff going on and they are super patient with me and go above and beyond to help with the behind the scenes. The staff is just as great. I do feel like it’s that neighborhood pharmacy vibe that’s so hard to find these days. I can’t say enough good things about them. They still care in an industry that has to be incredibly difficult. Imagine what they deal with day to day. 🙄

I wish they would take the phone function away from the pharmacy they have zero time to answer. It’s maybe 3 people in the back taking care of customers in store, drive through and filling scripts. The phone gets picked up and put down repeatedly. There should be a call center capable of handling medical verbiage, auth requests and etc outside of the pharmacy staff. Sitting on the phone for 30 after you’ve have someone pick up the phone 4 times is wild. No wonder drs offices can’t get through.
