very reasonable price toilet paper. Instant coffee nescafé, was on sale. there are sales with orange tag with good discount price. Be aware of who the cashier is! The last new cashier, was acted like she didn't want to be here and I don't want to buy anything if she is the only one. The manager had to help her. (I was a cashier at a grocery store for 2 years in highschool).

Tried to get a prescription transferred to this store since it was closer to my house. Waited 15 minutes on the phone only to be cycled through someone picking up, saying nothing, then placing me on hold. I understand if its busy but physically putting me on hold multiple times would take up just as much effort as transferring medication.

Very upset, due to always giving me excuses about my medication not being there after the message was sent to me that medication are ready to pick up, when I arrive they always have an excuse, today I just had to speak out because this is not good customer service. In the past another employee told me this keep happening at this store . Many of my customers depend on me to keep them going and I need my medication in order to keep me going. Very disappointed and very angry at this location, hopefully someone do something about this situation. Respectfully, Omar.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. My husbands medication was sent February 13th my husband called once a week since then was told he had no medication sent. After about the second time he called his Dr office and they confirmed with him it was sent my husband called this pharmacy and after he told them he spoke to his Dr they suddenly found his prescription almost a month later , then they charged him full price even when he gave them his rx insurance card. After he told them they should have used it they said he couldn’t get a refund. I then had to call while I was at work and tell them how unacceptable that was and demanded a refund ( I work in a Dr office I know it was very negligent of them ) they were also very rude about “no you can’t get a refund “ and also said my husband had no insurance after speaking with I guess the supervisor she confirmed my husband does have insurance and the he could be refunded the amount of what the insurance covers. She also confirmed my husband other medication was there and that the other lady put in his insurance wrong smh this is ridiculous almost a month because this pharmacy is ran by ladies I’m assuming still in training which that’s fine but the attitude and errors made were solely on laziness and not paying attention everyone except the island lady and I believe a middle eastern lady but the black younger girl is just terrible to deal with and I’m black myself so no this isn’t a racist thing it’s a lack of professionalism and with that I am calling my Dr. office to switch me from the location like what if my husband medication was urgent he would be in the ER by now
