I had heard negative things about Walgreens, but when I was there I never experienced anything but good customer service. It leads me to believe some people just won't be satisfied no matter what. My experience was very good, that is all I can say. My prescriptions were filled quickly, and correctly. I was given information on things I needed to know about the medications I was taking. The staff seemed to enjoy working there also.

I HATE THIS LOCATION SO MUCH!!!!!! EVERY MONTH IT'S THE SAME ORDEAL!!!! I've tried to be patient but I'm really getting frustrated with this location! Either I'm waiting 30 minutes in line just to pick up a script or they say they will fill my script but then the following day when its supposed to be ready I never get a text saying I can pick it up because they forgot to fill it. This location has been a nightmare to deal with every since closing down the Ft Carolina store. It should never be this hard to get your meds. Something has got to give!!!!

I went 2 different times through the drive-thru to pick up a prescription that I had received a text message saying my prescription was ready for pickup. Each time I went I was told they had no record of it and to come back for pickup. The next time I went inside to pick it up after getting ANOTHER text message that it was ready and was told that it had been PUT BACK! I asked why do I keep getting messages saying my prescription is ready and it's not? The pharmacy clerk didn't believe me until I SHOWED her all the text messages on my phone and then her reply was "those are automated texts,don't believe them,we'll fill your prescription now if you want to wait" So after 3 trips over 3 days to the pharmacy(wasting my time and GAS), which included waiting about 25 minutes inside,10 minutes x2 in the drive-thru,I finally received my medication. This customer service is SUB-PAR! Do better Merrill Rd. Walgreens!

Pharmacy walgreens at merry road customer service by specific young lady is the worst. I would not recommend anybody to go over there if she's there. But I think she needs to be fired. I'll get another position on the pharmacy. Because she is not the right person to be behind. The counter at the pharmacy area. This black lady is a very young girl. Probably in her 20s, and she needs to learn how to group respectful. That's the only thing I have to say

I have been dealing with this Walgreens location for six months regarding my legally prescribed ADHD medication (Schedule II). Every month I have faced unnecessary delays, unprofessional behavior, and conflicting information. Yesterday, I submitted my refill on day 30, which should have been eligible for pickup today. Despite a formal complaint filed with Walgreens corporate headquarters and verification from my doctor’s office, the pharmacist, Maya, called me back after finding out I filed a formal complaint & proceeded to argue with me some more about why she was justified in not filling my prescription on day 30, I was promised by Maya it would be ready at 8 AM this morning, and it still isn’t ready over 4 hours after the pharmacy opening. When I called I got another rude pharmacy staff member who almost hung up on me and told me it was delayed because they’re “short staffed” the same excuse they gave me last month for delaying it. Yet, none of my other non controlled substance do they create delays in filling. I am a legal professional that works in a high stakes litigation firm and one of the biggest in the country & I need my medication to help me get through the work day with my ADHD. I shouldn’t have to ration out a prescribed dose or cut down on doses because some pharmacist want to abuse her power when I’m taking the medication EXACTLY as prescribed. I have been treated rudely, unfairly, and with what feels like discriminatory profiling, while patients who have abused their prescriptions are reportedly allowed to fill early without issue. This store has chronic staffing excuses, broken processes, and unprofessional staff, and I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. I would not recommend this location to anyone who relies on timely access to their medications.
