I have never had a bad experience that this Walgreens. The pharmacy techs know what they’re doing. Jabari is one of a kind tech. I have never seen him without a smile and he treats everyone with respect and with a smile. Besides, all the techs are kind and patient. I love my local Walgreens.

My little sisters prescription that was set up for delivery was sitting with a "ready for carrier pickup" message for 2 days. When an attempt was made to contact the pharmacy, she was waiting on hold for nearly 2hrs. I called & got in contact with another department that "spoke to a manager" about it & they DID give her a call back only to say they would call her back again. She ended up having to pay for an Uber to pick up her medications that she had already paid to have delivered. Icing on the cake, she walked in, employees were just standing around & there was only 1 other customer in the store. Terrible.

If you are going to use this Walgreens, I would make sure you check to see if you have the right prescription before leaving the parking lot. I picked up my daughter's prescription last night and thought everything would be fine because her name was on the bag however, when i got home and opened it up, it was a 90 day supply of someone else's medication. Which has to be a total HIPAA violation I would think. So I had to go all the way back out and bring the medication back so I could get the right prescription. Which I can't help, but wonder did somebody get her medication with her information on it. Negligence at its finest.

I have to say to all the neg reviews the work load the pharmacy has is unbelievable they definitely deserve more money. I have nothing but good reviews for theses hard working people and having to deal with the type of people who come there . Thank you all for your hard work and the patience you have to have . Keep up the Great Work

I went to the pharmacy in pain needing my medicine just for the lady to tell me they don’t have it in stock. I asked why didn’t they call me to let me know and she basically said she doesn’t know. She was very nonchalant and uncaring. I will never go to a Walgreens pharmacy again. This happened this evening around 845pm on 5/1/26…I wish I would have gotten her name.
