Unbelievably poor customer service: rude and dismissive of customer needs and concerns… among many examples. “Yes I know you’ve been without your medication for days but you’ll have to wait a few days more because we’re busy.” After waiting in line to pickup a prescription they closed the window in my face saying “come back later we’re on lunch break.” (Every single one of them?)

Pulled up to get my daughter's prescription and pressed the button to call (I thought we had to do that so they know we are there at the window) One of the ladies rudely answered and basically yelled through the phone to give the other lady a minute cause she is with another person and then hung up. Very unprofessional. I think ill be changing our pharmacy after this. The lady assisting at the window was a sweet heart. Just not the other person.

Exceptional Service Experience at Walgreens INTRODUCTION This section highlights the outstanding service provided by Pharmacist Megan and Pharmacy Technician Julie during a time of urgent need. INCIDENT OVERVIEW While walking my rescue dog, I suffered a fall. As my dog sped up, I tried to match his pace and unfortunately tripped over my own feet, resulting in extreme pain. MEDICAL ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT Following the fall, I sought medical attention at UF Health. The medical team conducted an analysis and recommended pain management medication to help alleviate my discomfort. PHARMACY SUPPORT AND RESPONSIVENESS I went to Walgreens to fill the prescribed medication. Pharmacist Megan and Technician Julie exhibited exceptional professionalism, politeness, and accommodation. They expedited the process, ensuring I received the pain medication promptly. Additionally, they provided assistance with another medication that, according to the phone estimate, would not be available for two days. Megan and Julie managed to make this medication available sooner, further demonstrating their dedication to patient care.

The management Ally was extremely rude and belittling to my husband. He went in trying to pay with a digital Walgreens gift card and she told him and I quote "we don't accept that form of payment, we would never look at a phone and scan it" when the gift card literally says on the instructions to do just that. She said they don't give out those gift cards you have to have a physical card and where did he get it from. She then proceeded to throw his bags of items behind the counter and take other customers while still spouting off rude remarks towards him. Corporate has been called and a complaint has been made, they also informed me she was extremely wrong and that's exactly how you use the digital gift card. Never go to that store she's absolutely horrible and not only shouldn't be the manager but shouldn't be employed anywhere she has to interact with customers

I'm not giving 5 stars to Walgreens itself I'm giving 5 stars to Christina because that lady is holding that place DOWN she deserves a raise and kinder customers and employees!!
