Pharmacy is the worst. They are always out of stock. Most the time I have multiple prescriptions, they will never inform me if one is out of stock. They just let you figure it out on your own. Worst customer service.

I understand that a lot of local Walgreens have been shut down recently and so this Walgreens has become a popular one to call, but I have been unable to fill my prescription here over and over again because of the hold/ wait times to get on the phone with the pharmacist. I just called for the fourth day in a row and finally got to the point where there was no caller ahead of me and I was first in the queue but it’s still was on hold for 55 minutes and I never spoke to anybody. This is just so unacceptable and I don’t blame the pharmacist themselves, but Walgreens needs to fix this!!!!!

Items locked up, when I asked the cashier she said "people don't want to work anymore." I wonder if Walgreens is paying her a living wage. Won't be back, rude cashier and lotion was locked up. Seriously, pay people more, hire enough staff to cover your store, and folks won't steal from you.

They never answer the phone m, this is my 5th time calling and waiting over 30 minutes. Never talked to them. They just let it ring. I had 2 callers ahead of me and never got to speak with pharmacy. Just close it down like you’re doing to all the other stores. I can’t wait to switch my prescriptions over to Safeway again. I never had an issue with them.

I went in for passport photos and was told their camera was broken. Maybe its true but I doubt it. I went to a second Walgreens location by Green Mountain and they told me that the passport photo service stopped at 6pm and it was now 6:15. I spoke with the manager and she said she didn't have enough people to do it even though the she was talking to me and the clerk at the register was helping nobody. If Walgreens doesn't want to do passport photos they should stop advertising it as a service. Maybe they could hire more people if they took their customers money.
