Went in today for a scheduled flu shot appointment at 2:30. Checked in early, sat & waited for fifteen minutes. Went up to the counter to be told I wasn’t in the system & to check in again, so I did. Waited thirty minutes. Ended up leaving, the pharmacy staff were more interested in socializing than following up on a scheduled appointment. Got seen at the Safeway down the street in much less time.

Prescription for illness and pain to be taken for 14 days no update. Finally attempted to call no answers. Online no update information. This location couldn't fill the one until after 4pm tomorrow and no eta on the other. Would have been nice to get a call or text to more these Prescription to another pharmacy to help me. This is the second incident. Denver CO and they can not fill Prescriptions. Moving elsewhere. I am no in favor of lingering in pain.

Third person in line at the pharmacy. Took 30 minutes to get to the counter. Order not ready after showing up 4 hours after it being called in. If my employees operated this slow and inefficient I would fire them all. I dont get what's so hard about grabbing shit and putting it in a bag.

This location has themselves listed for providing kid’s Covid shots. We scheduled many days in advance, drove 35 minutes, checked in, these people let us sit and wait for 15 minutes, then they finally informed us they don’t have the kids shots. Embarrassingly unprofessional. What a poorly managed pharmacy.

I came in to buy Angel Soft toilet paper but there was no name brand toilet paper whatsoever only the Walgreens brand which I bought but when I got home it unraveled unevenly and was so rough I couldn't even use it on my body I will never buy this again if Walgreens is going to get cheap and resort to their own brand and not name brand products guess what you're going to lose customers.
