Would give zero if I could .Very disappointed with my experience at Walgreens. The staff seemed unwilling to help and gave the impression that they simply didn’t want to work. Customer service was poor, and when I asked for assistance, Eric was unhelpful and dismissive instead of trying to resolve my issue. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and support, and unfortunately this location did not provide that. I hope management addresses the lack of professionalism and improves the customer experience.

Arrived at the drive-through just before the posted lunch closure and was clearly present at the window. The “closed for lunch” sign went up and the shutter came down while I was there—before the posted time. I understand pharmacies have required break procedures, but turning away a patient who is already at the point of service creates an avoidable barrier to accessing medication. Hoping the store reviews its policy on how closures are handled when customers are already present.

Rude. Rude. Rude. This pharmacy is so rude. I have been coming here for years, and they’ve always been very busy, but never rude. Over the last year or so, I’m not sure what happened, but they suck. You wait in line or on the phone forever for them just to tell you they don’t have or can’t fill your script. When I asked if they could check if they have it in stock in other locations, they told me to call around and ask myself. Ain’t nobody got time for that! Listen to all the reviews. Don’t come here.

Terrible customer service. Twice I have been in the drive thru line and the Pharmacists are filling a prescription for someone while they are in line. They should pull around and wait. Everyone else called ahead. Not cool.

Really run down. Went here to get a prescription for my sibling. Staff at pharmacy and checkout were friendly. But the place was really run down. Refrigerators not working, busted out window at the entrance, drive thru pharmacy always packed, and Barely any lighting in the waiting near the pharmacy. That’s all of why I gave 2 stars away. Overall, meh Walgreens. Kinda difficult to figure out if this place is recommended or not.
