A few of this pharmacy employees have an attitude, never fill out the prescriptions right, cant use their software properly. I am done dealing with Walgreens. No wonder they are closing their stores.

After multiple horrible experiences here I will never use another walgreens again. They are always out of the prescription I need and NEVER communicate about it. Then when you call in, they get annoyed that you're even calling. I've seen them be rude to numerous people struggling to understand insurance policy and the best path forward. I will never use this location again. No one should ever use this Walgreens. 0 Stars.

Cashiers need improvement. The cashiers tend to be dismissive and yesterday they did not give me exact change; I bought a fancy greeting card for $18.36, I paid $20.36, and they gave me $1 and change in return; I should have received $2.00. Sadly, this problem is happening more and more at other business, too. I guess cashiers don't know arithmetic anymore. Walgreens should pay more to attract better talent, especially since this store is always mostly empty when I shop there.

The pharmacy communication and automated system is so bad. I’ve waited days thinking they were refilling my prescription (after I put in request via phone), turns out they never requested my doctor for a refill (it has to come from the pharmacy to my doctor), I got no notice there was an issue. Until I went in days later and then only now they requested it. So now I’m out of medication waiting for the doctor and the pharmacy. Also takes forever to pick up when I do have a pickup and their hours are inconvenient.

Worst pharmacy around. Waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru no one even acknowledged me until I stated pressing the call button. Prescription was not ready and the doc called them in two days ago. Then I was lied to over and over again. They said my prescriptions were not covered by me insurance , that was a lie. I went across the street to Safeway, they got the prescription transferred, filled it, and yes it was covered by my insurance, in less than an hour while I shopped.
