⭐️ 0 STAR – DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY Walgreens Pharmacy at 120 N Broadway, Denver, CO 80203 is an absolute disgrace. I was calling from a provider’s office because our doctor needed to clarify a prescription. This should have been simple. Instead, it turned into a 3.5-hour nightmare. A rude team member named "Tee" repeatedly put me on hold, hung up on me, and wasted hours of my workday. I was left on hold multiple times, once for 18 minutes straight, only to be disconnected. This happened over and over again. It took nearly half a workday just to reach someone competent enough to answer a basic provider question. This pharmacy does NOT care about patients. If providers can’t reach them, prescriptions get delayed, and patients suffer. That is dangerous, unacceptable, and completely irresponsible for a healthcare business. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human decency at this location is shocking. If you value your health, your time, or being treated with any respect at all, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS. This place is a joke — and a harmful one.

Wow! This was really pleasant. It's like these people are from the '70s when people at work did their job and were very helpful and asked you if you wanted help. You didn't have to go hunt these people down. They were very friendly and very helpful. And yes the store is clean and lovely. It was like a blast from the past

The pharmacy staff is always so kind and quick to refill, and get meds I need even if it’s a bit last minute on my part (thank you!!) Cashiers and security are also kind and helpful. I always find what I need, and get the help I need to get it.

This is not about the pharmacy but about the staff. Location is obviously not in the safest area so obviously there will be issues. But I come here a lot and every time Chris is working you completely forget about the rest of the problems. He goes out of his way to be incredibly helpful. Walgreens needs more employees like him.

EVERYTHING IS LOCKED UP AND THE ONLY PERSON WITH KEYS IS NOT AT THE STORE NOR WILL THEY BE IN TODAY is what I was just told by the cashier when I requested assistance. I had 2 items specifically I needed to purchase but Walgreens would rather not sell me any items at all due to the employee not having keys to unlock items for purchase.
