The worst pharmacy ever!! Been third in line for 45mins now!! Super slow they do not know what they are doing i came earlier and told me to come Back in a hour came back and told me My prescription was never filled to come back now im here waiting for 45mins in the car. Let’s not talk about the line inside it’s insane! Please don’t go here

If you’re in pain don’t get your prescription filled here. They take quite a while. I understand that pharmacies can become backed up but customer service is customer service. If you want customers to be patient with you then you should treat them with kindness and understanding. I asked the tech if he knew how much longer it would be to fill the last 2 of my 4 prescriptions and he said they’ll send a text. No problem with that except they never sent a text and he also didn’t attempt to verify the number on file. Later, I called the automated line and was told that all 4 of my prescriptions were ready. When I arrived I was told that my last one would arrive the next day on the truck. I was also told by the drive thru attendant that they couldn’t take my digital pharmacy card in the drive thru. Overall it was just an unpleasant experience all around.

I am STILL waiting for my Breyna to be delivered to me. It is suspended in order pending and I put in for it 5/11/26. Here it is 5/20. This is a maintenance inhaler. I tried called and the automated system put me through, it rang and rang until someone just hung it up. I work all the time and have very little time available on my day off. I was on a break when I called and it was 10 before their break.The only reason I was trying to use this Walgreens is that it is close to my house and the price with Good Rx is half of what I would pay at CVS. Do better. However, once when I got to go there the pharmacist was very nice. The 2nd time it was a different person who seemed rushed and overwhelmed.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! If you’re not 8th in line inside, you’re 6th in line in the drive thru (that’s if it’s even open). Calling to speak to a pharmacist is next to impossible. Peep the screenshot of my recent failed attempt and the length of time I was on hold before I had to give up. I make sure I have up to date scripts, ready to be filled, but they fill them only AFTER I go in and complain about my scripts not being filled. SO INFURIATING!

Horrible establishment. This place needs to be shut down. I Tried to place an online card order with cardstock, they cancelled the order and then i called back to see why it was cancelled. The woman stated that their machine was jamming but only with cardstock and to replace the order with glossy paper. Cool. I replaced the order with glossy paper and the order was cancelled again. I called back and was met with attitude and was told now the whole machine wasn’t working. Mind you this was less than 5 min from when i originally called and replaced the order. This whole store is a joke.
