Showed up at 9:59. I watched my husband walk up to the door and the second he got actually to the door the cashier ran to it before it could open and she literally locked it in his face. No apology. No reason why. Just blank dead uncaring face locking it in my husbands face a hour early. We waited to see what was happening. Then a guy and young girl come out after about ten minutes. Chat for a minute. Fist bump. And shuffle the opposite ways. We asked the guy what was up and if they just wanted to leave early on a Saturday and he said he was the district manager and there was an emergency. He refused to say more. He couldn’t care less at all. Usually in an emergency u don’t sit around talking about nothing and bumping fists and taking ur sweet time to get to ur car. On a Saturday night. In an emergency. Suddenly at 10pm on the dot. Only once u see u r going to have a customer come in. Unbelievably rude. Unbelievably disrespectful. Ridiculously unprofessional for a district manager to represent the company in such an uncaring and lazy way.

Recently ordered holiday cards. I didn’t not like the quality especially for how much I paid. I went to exchange and photo staff was not helpful. I showed the lady at the counter that the cards were dark and blurry and asked if there was anything we could do like change the cardstock but she insisted on giving me store credit. I just wanted holiday cards that were worth the quality I paid for. Waste of my time

They forgot 20 out of my 30 pills!!! A controlled substance at that. And they were so rude to me when I spoke up about it, like I was the rude one for politely asking for the rest of my medicine. If you go here make sure to count your pills at the window. I have had bad experiences with both the photo center and the pharmacy here. So glad I moved to a different area so I can go to a better pharmacy.

Pharmacy use to be good but in the last year it is now absolutely horrible. Do not use this pharmacy. Will hang up on you, short you on your pills, close whenever they want. Just switch to a different one and save yourself the headache.

Do not use this Pharmacy. Had surgery went to go get the pain medicine and they were closed. not on a holiday, They were just closed. This was a Friday. So stopped in on Saturday. They said give us until 12 we weren’t open yesterday. Ok. Call back 12:30. “Oh your insurance says you can’t get a refill until Monday. This was not a refill….you can pay full price and get it today though. Ok I will pay full price just need my pain meds. Ok this will be ready (Saturday) still by 3 pm. Call at 3:20. They stopped answering the phones. Stayed on hold with 1 caller ahead of me for 2 hours. So it’s 5:20. I use their automated system. It’s says still waiting for review from the pharmacist. They close at 6…. Closed Sunday. Monday morning I call their system still says the same thing. They still are not answering the phone. Terrible.
