While looking for my item, employee Cierra helped me find it, she also checked me out with THE best customer service I've had there in 15 years. I fell in love with her, she's young and I'm an elderly woman. Her customer service set the tone for my entire day. Great job! Since this visit a month ago, I returned on 2/20/25, only to find the young lady cierra, I praised is no longer there! I also found out that they are now on my list to protest. I began grabbing a few items, for my last time. Cashier Jocelyn was helpful, until a couple walked in? She became cold, unwelcoming, looking at me with disgust? Since I'm used to this, I kept my smile while looking for her name tag. She saw it too and switched up to being over-helpful? That's too bad 👎

The white haired lady at the pharmacy was rude to every customer in line before me. When I got to the counter after 15 minutes, and said I was there for my CoVid booster. She said, "No. All the shots were cancelled." I said it would have been nice to be notified. She said in a nasty, condescending tone, "Everyone was notified." I explained I had just gotten a text to remind meet of the appointment, and she cut me off with "No everyone was notified." I pulled out my phone to show her, then pointed out that she was rude and argumentative to everyone I saw her interact with and left. I will not be going back to this store ever again. It was a total waste of an afternoon.

Farmacy - workers crazy slow. A lot of people on the line to pick up farmacy but only one window still working. 1.5 hours on the line

They swapped my body wash. I ordered online with a similar brand item even though they had the one I wanted in the back refused to do even exchange without affecting rewards and coupons since i did PayPal purchase. What is wrong with their policy. They can't even use common sense. Made me mad enough to write a review. Bad corporate policies, I don't blame the cashier otherwise. Horrible corporate management.

Avoid this pharmacy! I scheduled a vaccination appointment online and waited 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to get a covid booster and flu shot. Margerita (lady with white hair) was rude, disorganized, and unbelievably slow. There was a slow trickle of customers, but I would not say the pharmacy was busy at all. I was essentially forgotten about for 20 minutes and had to remind Margerita to give me a form that was supposed to be handed to me when I was initially told to wait. I was also told conflicting information about the cost of the flu shot... which to my knowledge is supposed to be free if you have insurance. All around, I had a bad experience with this Walgreens and I strongly advise people to choose a different pharmacy.
