Never seen anything bad like this, like 1hr 30min to get a small prescription pickup seriously??? @Walgreens adminstrators, you have a serious problem to fix prescription pick up line and vaccinations all in same line, you should be smart enough to understand the number of inflow appts during vaccination season and handle it professionally , rather than saying "sorry we are short staffed"?? And only 2 people handling everything including drive thru , in person, vaccination, prescription pick ?? Why is it an issue to add few more helpers at pharmacy so customers can get their prescription or drop off which is a 1min process Why would you want 15 customers who are here only for pickup/drop off prescription to wait for 1hr-2hr, so you can take care of few people for vaccination(without any appt) and pharmacist takes the customer on the consultation side and goes through the complete paperwork and takes 20mins for 1 customer??? What world are you in 1950s?

I would give out zero stars of I could. 4- 5 Pharmacists loitering around, while a long line of patients are waiting just to pick up their scrips. Pharmacy Management needs training to improve efficiency!!

I haven't seen a walgreens pharmacy as disorganized and incompetent as this pharmacy is. The one in downtown SF has shorter lines than this. I strongly recommend that they change their staff in the pharmacy. If the poor pharmacist wasn't present there, those ladies would make that line go beyond a mile I guess.

Horrible wait times. They can never find things on time. I wait 30 min in line almost every single time. Unfortunately this is the closest pharmacy to me. So sad that it’s not an issue they seem to care to fix. Today I called at 2:45 to confirm that they received my prescription from my doctor. They confirmed they received and told me that I can pick it up in 30 min. So I arrived at 3:15 and waited 30 min in line. When I got to the counter, I was told that I needed to wait another 10 min. I let them know my situation and asked if she could go to the back and have it started. I was told I still need to wait another ten minutes. It was not ready in ten minutes after that.
