Today, at around 10:50 AM I called this Walgreen location and spoke with one of the pharmacy tech in regard to one of my refill. I, as a patient got a mixed message between Walgreen pharmacy tech and dr's assistance. They said the letter for the refill is for 90 days while Walgreen said for only 30 days. Nevertheless, I am writing my review about the Walgreen pharmacy tech that assisted me over the phone. This gentleman I find him rude, uncourteous and unprofessional. He spoke over me several times when I was explaining the situation. He sounded frustrated assuming that I doubted him. There's just no way for you treat your patient the way he did who is trying to straighten things out. I encourage you you listen to this call and retrain this staff professionally when interact with patients. Regards, Thanh B.

The pharmaceutical product availability at this store turned to a poor customer service experience from the woman in the register who radioed “Code16”. I was Mistreated under a medical condition and refused to act upon. I was ignored and put to wait. At checkout, the kind words for not wanting to proceed with the gentle request was; “Even Better”. The woman has issues with customers in need to use the 🚻 In addition, the product I almost bought off the shelf is at 22% less pricy at a different store.

The pharmacist keeps me learning every time I get a new prescription he is a very pleasant just the overall nice guy I like talking to him when I'm there if you want knowledge go here

I would like to highlight unprofessional conduct of Walgreen employee Antonio who was working at this location on 09/27/2025 at 12pm. I was there to collect my daugheter's passport photograph which had been taken 50 minutes ago and I was assured that I will have the photograph ready for collection in 30 minutes. I was at the location at 11:57 am and waited till 12:02pm for my turn, since Antonio was supporting other customers. It turned out they had not got the photograph ready, on top of that Antonio asked for another 10 minutes to get it ready, I asked him if he can expedite it and have it ready in 5 minutes(my kids were waiting in the car outside the store with their Mom). He was rude and told that now it will take 30 minutes to get ready and if it needs to be expedited then he can forward it to another store. My sense was that he understood the urgency of the request, but instead of accomodating and supportive, he used 30 minutes to make me feel more desperate and essentially to make sure I walk away from the store. I went back later to launch a formal complaint against him, but it turns out he was the manager on floor. The sad thing is this store is my neighborhood and I frequently go to this store. From now on neither me or any of my family be it sun or rain are going to visit this store.

Thanks to the astoundingly clueless supervisor who worked at this store for wasting my time! arguing with me, and melting my ice cream. When I tried to use my $5 credit (from a previous purchase), the cashier could not bring it up so he sent me to his boss who worked at the photo booth. She told me; "You don't understand, this is for credit points only!!!" It was hilarious since the coupon stated a $5 cash reward for the next purchase of $20 more. I tried to buy 4 boxes of ice cream for $20. The cashier finally came over and explained to her how to do it. He should be her boss, not the other way around. I'm not sure how she got her job here as a supervisor when she had no idea of running or understanding how things work in her own store. I'm not going to buy anything from Walgreens ever again besides getting medication for my mother from their pharmacy.
