I scheduled a flu shot here for 3pm. I got there, checked in, and started waiting. There was another woman waiting in front of me who was scheduled for 2:30pm and waited over an hour before they gave her the shot. I actually had to go because I had another appointment at 4. I told the front counter and left. As I left there was a pretty long line of other people waiting. While this pharmacy may be understaffed, I wonder why would the website allow you to schedule your vaccine if you couldn’t get it in over an hour? Maybe they should change it so that they could call me, and I could drive over when it’s actually ready. Because I don’t think I’ve actually ever had a decent experience at a Walgreens pharmacy ever, now that I think about it.

Very disappointed in Walgreens, this was my first time couponing and ordering for pick up . Unfortunately I won't be shopping here again, it took off the amount came out to 40 then placed order , Total was 53. So no coupons work when you finalize, but they work when you are shopping and adding to cart. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I shared to the worker when I picked up and she was very rude. She said clip the coupons , I shared yes I did then she said nothing I can do about it. Very disrespectful, so I went to the register instead and she said its not her area for the pick up to go back to the 1st lady. But pickup area/photo had her boyfriend waiting there 🙄 all that should be left until you clock out. I been in customer service for over 10 years and the way they handled it all . Just wow. Do better Walgreens.

Drive true is the the worst! Employees can’t even handle it ! 1 hour waiting and is only 1 damn car !

Their drive through pharmacy is a joke. Waited half an hour in the car waiting for someone to help us. They are completely understaffed and there is only 1 person running the whole thing. Come on Walgreens get more pharmacy technicians. On top of that the guy in front of us said waited for 45 min to get help. I have a baby in the car and trapped between two other cars. My son is tired of waiting, I'm tired of waiting, and everyone else is tired of waiting. Walgreens needs to get more people running the pharmacy instead of just putting the stress on 1 single person. Otherwise you will have customers waiting in their car, pissed off, and annoyed!!!!
