To whom it may concern, Maria and Jean truly went above and beyond during my visit. They were attentive, kind, and made sure everything was handled smoothly without me having to ask twice. It’s rare to come across that level of genuine customer service these days, and it really stood out. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Walgreens is fortunate to have them on the team.

discriminate against the physically disabled individuals! Needing some assistance with my cell phone regarding the pharmacy app And seeking even a managers assistance which they promptly refused?? Seeing it was not in the scope of their job description to make accommodations such as that, even when it was in the middle of the afternoon not been so busy? I seem like it was no big deal and have terminated any association with them

I called the pharmacy this morning to request if my medication could be reprocessed to cash or without my insurance since it was overpriced when I initially picked it up. The lady who I was speaking to simply regurgitated the date I picked it up, price, name of my medication, and my insurance. Then she simply said “no can’t help you”. I was shocked by the response because she didn’t bother to explain why until I asked her to elaborate. She responded with annoyed tone like I was bothering her. So I told her thanks for nothing and hung up. I will not be returning and will be transferring my medication elsewhere. Lesson learned this place is filled with incompetent people who hate their jobs and hate providing customer service. I hope Walgreens sees this and reprimands this servicer. She doesn’t belong in an establishment that provides customer service.

Walgreens has fallen to an all time low. prescriptions are taking 4 plus days to get filled. You can't get through on the phone to the pharmacy because they don't answer it. My prescriptions had been 4 days with the website saying that they were in the process of being filled. I came in person and was told they were not ready, but they could be filled in 15 to 20 minutes. So now I wait in line again. As for the rest of the store, they look like they are going out of business with empty shelves everywhere.

Incompetent & condescending pharmacy staff on Saturday. Waited 25 minutes in a (slow moving) long line just to find out that the antibiotic wasn't in stock & they'll need to order for Monday (2 days later). I was confused because my doc confirmed with the pharmacist regarding stock availability when the doc phoned in the prescription about an hour ago. When I confronted the pharmacy staff, she was really defensive, rude & uncaring with no apologies whatsoever. The same staff then grabs the actual antibiotic from the shelf & yells in a snarky tone to come back in one hour & did confirmed the antibiotics is in fact in stock. I have since transferred all my family prescriptions to a nearby local independent pharmacy minutes away from this terrible walgreens location.
