This pharmacy had my phone number but did not call me to tell me when to pick up the prescription. I called severral times and got a recording that would not transfer me to a person. Finally I got a recording sayint they would transfer me. It took 30 minutes for someone to answer my call. The pharmacist told me that they had the item but they could not fill it because they could not find any insurance for me. I told her that it was without insurance because my insurance does not have this in their formulary. She still could not fill it until a supervisor could approve it. That took some time. finally she told me I could pick it up. I went there and stood in a long line with only one person helping. That took another 30 minutes. She told me that they could only send text messages. I told her that I had a landline phone so no text could be sent to me.

Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. I made an appointment for vaccination online. When I got in, I had to wait 25 min and was told that they ran out of the vaccination I asked for. The staff were so impatient and kept saying “we are working on it” while I was waiting. So unbelievably inefficient and time wasting!

I had a great shopping experience at this location today. It’s the only Walgreens I’ll go to besides the Los Gatos location. Leo, the clerk who checked me out at the front was very helpful, kind, and thorough. I wish we had more clerks like him. Most of the other clerks don’t seem as happy, but Leo was great! Thank you Leo for your great service!

0 stars. I lose hours of my life every month when I have to deal with this place to pick up my medication. Don’t want to waste even more time writing the details of my horrendous experiences here, just read the other reviews and you’ll get it. PS. stop putting patients on speakerphone. I hear full names, addresses, medications, because some pharmtech keeps PUTTING THE PHONE ON SPEAKER. Extremely unprofessional.

[Pharmacy review] 0 stars. Complete incompetence. Chose this pharmacy if you want issues ~80% of the time. Some simple prescriptions are fine once their crappy system is flushed out. This is just one person's review, but I've had the worst luck with this place for the past 10-12 years. Have numerous stories over the years with different prescriptions not getting filled for no explanation whatsoever. They don't fill prescriptions/follow up when you're working through slight insurance hiccups (e.g. common for folks getting advanced, new prescriptions). You'll never get anything filled on autofill for anything niche, so expect to have to go in 2-3 times to correct their mistakes. Their system isn't accurate ~70% of the time - you'll go in thinking they have something, or another pharmacy will verify their stock of something, and then they won't have it when you get there. They are generally nice people. This place is just poorly run. Please do not give them your business. I'm planning on reporting them to the State Board for lying about prescription readiness, not understanding how to communicate basic insurance issues, not ever being reachable, and generally wasting enormous amounts of time. The board likely won't hear me out on customer service issues, but this goes way beyond that.
