Very lazy, unhelpful, and rude Pharmacist at the back of the store. She wouldn't give her name to a customer but she is tall and has long brown hair. I was sitting and observing her refusing to help customers even though she was sitting there without attending to any customers. She made customers who came in wait for over 30 minutes even though she was not doing anything, just sitting in a chair on her phone. Wouldn't give paperwork to other customer and told them to get the paperwork online and come back to the store. Told another customer they could only get the Covid vaccine if they scanned the QR code, even though the customer told them they couldn't get a signal on their phone. She clearly didn't want to do any work and just wanted to sit and be on her cell phone. Obnoxious, rude, and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this pharmacy in Walgreens to anyone. I have never observed such a horrible pharmacist who did not want to do her job at all. Perhaps the manager was not around at all, so she gets away with doing no work. Go to the CVS across the street - great pharmacists and staff over there.

Got a photo for Indian passport renewal and clearly mentioned about dimensions and ended up getting a 2*2 photo. Walgreens in another place was able to do a no receipt return of a similar case but this place did was not willing to engage into getting the return of the photo

Terrible! This store picks and chooses who they sell Pokémon cards to. The employees decide who gets access, regardless of fairness. My 7-year-old son checks every day, and even when one employee said the cards were available, another claimed they were being held for someone else. Clearly, they prioritize certain customers and ignore the rest.

Not surprised to see bad ratings here, came here for my contribution too. Worst pharmacy experience ever Normal hours on a Saturday, literally no staff showing up for 20 min after continously pressing the help button. Announcement ringing all over the store but staff avoiding it. The manager/cashier whoever he was did nothing about it and just said "sorry bro" I wonder how these unprofessional humans even get to run a pharmacy in an urban setting. Hopefully your store closes permanently soon, cheers!

Shady business. I’ve been coming to this store every single day with my 6y old kid looking for Pokémon cards. Sometimes more than 2-3 times a day between me and my wife. When finally merchandise finally arrives, they hold it so sell to a single scalper…. Merchandise was literally sitting there and they told it was already ‘paid for pickup’ when we know it’s not. Instead of limiting so that everyone can get it, they are literally backdooring it to scalpers!!! That’s a shame!
