I LOVE this Walgreens! They always have everything i need! And the staff is amazing! Especially Michael and Xochitl! They're always so kind and welcoming and HELPFUL when I need it the most! Huge shout out to them! And great job with the store!

If you're curious what a "karen" would be like in a manager position. Look no further then this Walgreens. The old Caucasian(white) woman with glasses is just that. She's rude, slow, thinks her life is more important than yours and anyone else not her, and constantly complaining about others while "helping" you. She's all around unpleasant. And I loathe when I have to be assisted by her, she probably feels the same way about everyone. Walgreens is open late. That's probably the only reason it received stars. Sorry for the other workers that have to deal with her. The rating does not reflect you. This is just a "Karen" review intended for a "karen". Fire fighting fire if you will

Not gonna lie I just click on here to come with my sister to get medicine cause I have the flu and saw a review about the white older lady with glasses and honestly she’s been nothing but nice with me when I go there and I’m Hispanic so she’s not a Karen. I think she’s just an employee like everyone else that gets sick and tired of everybody. People who work in the customer service field would understand. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this employee.

We came to this location to pick up a photo, and the print edge came out wrong due to bad maintenance to the printer. We informed the employee, and she told us it was the image, which we know it wasn't as we work with IT for printer maintenance. She printed again as she strongly suggested it was the image. The second print had the same issue, but the edge misprint were in different areas from the previous, which suggested what we told them. The printer needed maintenance done. I am not sure if the person who came next was a manager as she was not wearing any name tag or presented herself as the manager, came to the conversation very rude and pretty much said if we don't want it we don't have to take it and refund our money. She declined to return it to the card and gave me cash back and was very rude with an attitude.

I stopped to buy some drinks but badly needed to use the restroom. There were signs for them but had a code lock on the door. When I asked a rude worker for the code she just tells me they’re not public. I was so upset I didn’t buy anything and went to Walmart down the road instead. For a big franchise like Walgreens this is unacceptable 😡😤
